Happy Tuesday! Weddings are such sentimental events, filled with memories for the couple that last a lifetime. My friend Veronica's destination wedding in Hong Kong, though, will also be forever remembered by her guests; it has been the most lavish and extravagant two-day event I've ever attended. No stop was left unpulled and it was a crash course welcome back to this blindingly hectic and dynamic city. My home in Hong Kong has been the legendary Mandarin Oriental, now on the eve of its 50th birthday. Here, the service has been as opulent as its legendary Venini chandeliers, and I am quite fortunate to celebrate my friends' joy with such fun guests.
