Hope everyone is wonderful! I spent the weekend in Carmel-by-the-Sea. When ever I am in this historic, artistic city, I stay at L'Auberge Carmel. It's most definitely one of my favorite places on earth. Every time I leave this Relais & Chateaux paradise, I feel I've had a special and inspiring experience. It's no surprise that L'Auberge has won many awards, including the Conde Nast Traveler's "Gold List." My favorite part about this hotel is Aubergine, their intimate 12-table restaurant. The chef's tasting menu is a must because it's simply more than just food--it is art.
